From behavioral findings to an experience model

Psychological Design

Experience architecture grounded in how guests perceive, interpret and decide.

Psychological Design translates the findings of Behavioral Analysis into a concrete model of the stay. It is developed with management and the teams responsible for delivery, so that each intervention remains psychologically grounded and operationally viable.

Interventions may reshape the service sequence and the way guests use space. They may operate through communication, sensory conditions and moments of direct contact in which the value of the experience is recognized and confirmed.

Experience Architecture

Behavioral findings provide the basis for defining the architecture of the intended experience.

The findings provide the psychological logic of the design, while the property's actual conditions determine how that logic is translated into a sustainable model. Each key moment is assigned a clear function within the stay and connected to what precedes it and what follows.

Intervention Design

Intervention design begins with a clearly defined effect the property seeks to achieve at a given point in the stay, together with behavioral findings showing how guests perceive and interpret that moment and connect it with the experience as a whole.

The findings show with equal clarity which elements should be preserved and where intervention is warranted. This provides the basis for defining what the design must achieve and shaping the conditions required for that effect to be realized in actual delivery.

Depending on the mechanism identified, an intervention may alter the operational sequence and staff behavior. It may address how guests relate to the space, the sensory conditions of the situation or communication.

Every solution is tested against actual operations and the stay as a whole.

Each intervention has a clearly defined psychological function and a direct connection to the finding on which it is based.

Implementation Model

An implementation model is developed for each intervention, defining its place in the operational sequence, the conditions for delivery and its relationship to the other elements of the experience.

Before finalization, the model is tested under the property's actual conditions. This confirms its operational applicability while preserving the psychological logic on which the design is based.

Management Deliverable

The outcome is a complete architecture of the intended experience, a portfolio of designed interventions and a model for their implementation.

Each intervention is linked to the behavioral finding from which it derives, its function within the experience and the conditions required for consistent delivery.

The final design is presented to management in a dedicated presentation. The portfolio provides a shared view of the experience as a whole before full operational implementation.

Training and Monitoring

Once the model is introduced, all staff involved receive a clear understanding of what has changed, the function of each change and why it matters to the experience as a whole.

Monitoring maintains the model's consistency in day-to-day delivery.
