Research architecture
Judgment Transfer™ uses a structured behavioral research process to reconstruct, verify and translate expert situational judgment into a form the organization can apply and transfer.
The starting point is expert operators, selected for the quality of their execution, consistency and relevant experience.
One operational situation is observed in real work. For each selected episode, multiple behavioral and contextual signals are coded, followed by a structured in-depth interview that reconstructs what preceded the behavior. Only patterns that pass a predefined evidence funnel enter the analysis.
