An analysis of 117,891 words from the official websites of 98 hotels in Croatian, English and German.

The strongest contrast in the naming of selected local gastronomic specialties appears between Istria and Central Dalmatia. Four-star and five-star hotels also differ in the values they emphasize more often when describing a stay.
